Doug Triplett

Phil Trimble
Trimble has been the lead person for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank project. He is not a professional developer, per se, but he has been a WordPress user since 2005 and has done it all himself along the way with a little help from his friends (mainly main pal and Columbus native David Ensinger). He’s at the intermediate level and is comfortable getting an undocumented plugin from github and poking around in jquery here and there (reading up, breaking things, swearing, and sometimes even getting it right). He purchased a theme for the site but has made a lot of changes to the CSS and even added a few custom page templates. A main part of his job at the Food Bank is providing education to their member agencies, so he is very comfortable in front of a group.

Jake Snyder
: This would be Snyder’s first time speaking, but he has more than 10 years of experience working with WordPress. He has authored a number of WordPress plugins: https://bitbucket.org/jupitercow/ Including this add-on for Gravity Forms which he recently added to the WordPress repo: http://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-forms-post-updates/ He has attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Industrial Design, but he was freelancing in Web Design before that and went directly into Web Design after graduating. Over the next 5 years, he slowly transitioned into development. His company Jupitercow is a development company focused on everything from high-end marketing sites to full-blown applications. Recent work includes an e-learning platform that allows users to build courses including slideshows and quizzes and then selling them. He also worked on an on-going project management app for an international construction company

Steve Grunwell
