He\u2019s at the intermediate level and is comfortable getting an undocumented plugin from github and poking around in jquery here and there (reading up, breaking things, swearing, and sometimes even getting it right). He purchased a theme for the site but has made a lot of changes to the CSS and even added a few custom page templates. A main part of his job at the Food Bank is providing education to their member agencies, so he is very comfortable in front of a group.<\/p>\n
