If you would like to become a sponsor at any level, we’d love to talk with you.

Core Sponsor – $2,000

You’re helping to make our WordCamp possible in a huge way, and we want to say thank you. You’ll receive everything mentioned in the Contributor Sponsor Package PLUS

  • 2 invitations to the Speaker/Sponsor dinner
  • The opportunity to do a camp wide giveaway EACH DAY of Camp
  • At least three prominent mentions from the main stage each day of Camp
  • Your company logo on banners in the main auditorium
  • Opportunity to sponsor the after-party, lunch, WordPress 101 or 201, Contributor’s Day.

Contributor Sponsor – $1,000

This sponsorship is great for an agency using WordPress for development, or a small business who would like to get their company in front of all of our attendees.

  • 2 tickets for the whole weekend.
  • Blog post by us on the WordCamp site announcing your sponsorship
  • Small table in the sponsors corridor for two days of engagement, recruiting, and networking.
  • Company logo and blurb in the program given out at the event
  • Opportunity to sponsor a one-ticket giveaway via our social media accounts
  • A tweet thanking you for your sponsorship of WordCamp Columbus.
  • Inclusion in a blog post thanking all Company sponsors.
  • Persistent link and logo on the WordCamp Columbus site.
  • Sponsor seal on your badge(s).
  • Our thanks for helping to make it all possible!
  • Opportunity to give away swag at the general event table (registration hallway)
  • At least one prominent mention each day from the platform, including the opening and closing sessions

Meetup Sponsor – $300

If you’re a WordPress developer or a small business who uses WordPress, this sponsorship level is for you! Here’s how Contributor sponsors will be acknowledged:

  • One ticket for the whole weekend.
  • Inclusion in a blog post thanking all Meetup Sponsors.
  • Listed in sponsors in program.
  • Persistent link and logo on the WordCamp Columbus site.
  • Sponsor seal on your badge.
  • Our thanks for helping to make it all possible!

Freelancer Sponsor – $100

Finally, we’ll be offering the Meetup Sponsor ticket in addition to the Individual ticket when tickets go on sale. Here’s how Meetup sponsors will be acknowledged:
